Snigdha Mothukuri

Ms. Snigdha Mothukuri is an enthusiastic honors graduate from the finest educational institutions across the globe. She pursued two master’s degrees, one in the field of Management Science from a leading Ivy Leagues School - Columbia University in New York and the other in the field of Technology from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras. She completed her Bachelor of Technology from IIT Madras.
During her tenure with the company i.e. since 2018 onwards, she played a key role in the overall organizational growth including Strategy Deployment, Operations, Project Management and Finance which have significantly contributed to the financial performance of the company.
Prior to Jeevan Scientific Technology Limited, she worked with reputed organizations like Lansum Estates LLP (India), Louis Vuitton (USA), Fresh Direct (USA), University of British Columbia (Canada) and Aarvee Associates (India).
Having worked with global teams in highly distributed environments, she gained industry experience in domains ranging from Health Care, Pharma, Civil Engineering, Transportation, Supply Chain to Operations and Finance. While working at Lansum Estates, she was part of the Management team and handled the construction of the tallest residential towers in the State of Andhra Pradesh - Lansum Oxygen Towers.
She has proved to be a technical and research person, an astute analyst as well as a team player and a team leader.

Chief Financial Officer

Srikanth Sasidhar M

Mr. Srikanth Sasidhar is the Chief Financial Officer at Jeevan Scientific.
He has more than 8 years of varied experience in the Accounting, Taxation, Audit & Cost Management in manufacturing, Retail & Export Oriented Units.
Prior to joining Jeevan Scientific, he was associated with Orient Cements Limited, Mahavir Motors, & Apex Frozen Foods Limited.
Mr. Srikanth is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a Member of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Taxation) From Acharya Nagarjuna University.

Vice President - Operations

Y.K. Naidu

Mr. Naidu is Vice President - Operations at Jeevan Scientific Technology Limited (JSTL) and having more than 20 years’ of professional experience in Clinical Research and Pharma Companies. He has been associated with JSTL since 2014. Before joining JSTL, he was associated with Azidus Laboratories, Actimus Bio, RA Chem Pharma in heading different portfolios including Clinical, Bio-analytical and Quality Assurance.
He has a successful track record in handling of BA/BE operations and CT management and excellence in technical, client relationship management and people management skills.
He has played a significant role in the development, implementation of Quality Management Systems in several CROs and making them of global standards. He also has rich professional experience in handling various regulatory inspections USFDA, WHO, ANVISA, MHRA, MoH Turkey, NPCB, CAP, NABL, and CDSCO.
Mr. Naidu is responsible for organizing and implementing operational strategies for all BA/BE studies at Jeevan Scientific.

Head - Bioanalytical Research

Ravikiran Vadlamudi

Mr. Ravi Vadlamudi is head of Bio-analytical Research at Jeevan Scientific.
Mr. Ravi has a rich experience of more than 15 years in the field of clinical research. He is expertise in organizing, developing and implementing technical strategies in bio-analytical research especially handling large molecules.
Prior to Jeevan Scientific, he was associated with Lupin Bioresearch Center, Lambda Therapeutics, Admerus Bio-sciences, and RA Chem Pharma with vast experience in handling complex folios Contraceptives, Endogenous compounds, Vitamins, Steroids, hormonal drugs, synthetic hormones, corticosteroids, Nasal Spray, Inhalation products and peptides. He has hands on experience in handling end to end operations in BA/BE studies. He also has professional experience in facing different regulatory audits USFDA, MHRA, AFSSAPS and CDSCO. He is a professional with technical, people management and client relationship skills.
Mr. Ravi is responsible for overall Bio-analytical Research activities in JSTL.

General Manager – Business Development

Rapaka Daniel Vijayakar

Mr. Daniel Rapaka holds a Master's degree in Biotechnology from Madras University as well as a Masters of Business Administration from Osmania University. He has prior experience of over 17 years in Business Development in CRO & Pharma industry.
Mr. Daniel is responsible for Client acquisition, maintaining Client relationships, key Account management, delivering & sustaining business growth, and aligning team as per the Organization's requirement apart from constantly looking for new business opportunities.
Prior to joining JSTL, he was associated with Claris life sciences, Ocimum Bio solutions, Aurobindo Pharma, QPS LLC & JSS Medical research with very good exposure with global pharma companies.

Vice President – Clinical Research

Dr. K. Someswara Rao

Dr. K. Someswara Rao, as Vice President-Clinical Research, heads the Clinical Trials department at Jeevan Scientific Technology Limited (JSTL) and is also responsible for organising and implementing operational strategies for the entire company. He has been associated with JSTL since January 2022 and has more than 19 years of professional experience in Clinical Research and Pharma Companies. Before joining JSTL, he was associated with AXIS Clinicals Ltd, Emcure Pharmaceuticals, Ranbaxy Laboratories, Sun Pharma Advanced Research Center, and Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Ltd., heading different portfolios including clinical pharmacology and bio-pharmaceutics, pharmacokinetics and bio-statistics, medical wiring and clinical research. Dr. K. Someswara Rao has vast experience in conducting many clinical trials in various therapeutic segments including Oncology, Schizophrenia, Diabetes, Ophthalmics, Arthritis, Diarrhoea, Dermatology, Vaccines, Vasoconstrictor studies, Transdermal Patches, Narcotics, Asthma and Biosimilars, while working in several CROs and Pharma companies and played significant role for the market entry. He has vast experience in conducting bio-availability/bio-equivalence studies for orals and other several pharmaceutical dosage forms like Nasal Sprays, Suspensions, Dispersible Tablets, Gels, Creams, Lotions, Ointments, Transdermal Patches, Chewable Tablets, Intravenous or Intramuscular Depot Injections, Liposomal Injections, Skin Irritation and Sensitization studies, Adhesion studies and Narcotics in support of the drug development of IND, NDA, ANDA, and 505(b)2 submission studies. He also has rich professional experience in handling various regulatory inspections such as USFDA, WHO, ANVISA, MHRA, MoH Turkey, French -Affsaps, THAI-FDA GLP, MCC-South Africa, GCC (Gulf Countries Council), Ministry of Health, Kazakhstan and CDSCO

General Manager-Quality Assurance

Sadanandam Eega

Mr. Sadanandam Eega is the Head - Quality Assurance at Jeevan Scientific Technology Limited. He has around 18 years of experience in Quality Assurance in the domains of Bio-availability and Bio-equivalence (BA/BE), Preclinical, clinical trial studies and pharmacovigilance. He is also a well-versed auditor in compliance with applicable GCP/GLP regulations and drug regulatory affairs.
Mr. Sadanandam in his career has faced over 50+ national and international regulatory inspections like USFDA, UK-MHRA, FRENCH, WHO, ANVISA, NPRA-MALAYSIA, MOH-BELAURUS, SFDA, MCC-SOUTH AFRICA, CDSCO-DCG(I), DMHO, NABL (ISO 15189: 2012) and ISO 9001:2015 (UKAS).
He is associated with JSTL since Jan 2022 and prior to that he worked with Aizant Drug Research, Actimus Bio, NEKTAR Therapeutics and Aurobindo. At JSTL, as a QA Head, he is responsible for QMS maintenance, continual improvement of quality systems, automation, managing client audits, regulatory inspections and other QA functions, as well as assuring that the conduct of clinical research studies is in accordance with ICH GCP, OECD GLP and applicable regulations/guidelines and SOPs.

Incharge - Clinical Trials

Dr. Srinivasa Rao Ramaraju MD, PGDCR

Dr. Srinivasa Rao is Incharge of Clinical Trials, at JSTL. He has 20 yrs. of experience, both as Physician & Pharmaceutical industry professional. His career includes overseas experience in natural product drug discovery & development, IND development & NDA Submission in India, Preclinical drug development for USFDA, Clinical research, Competitive intelligence, Pharmaceutical asset licensing, Business Strategy, Intellectual property rights & Consumer product development.
He is responsible for the conduct of clinical trials at JSTL.

Manager Pharmacovigilance

Mr. M. Ashwin Kumar

Mr. M. Ashwin Kumar is a strong Pharmacovigilance specialist with demonstrated history of working in the PV industry and US Health care for more than 11 years. He holds Master's degree in Pharmacy from National Institute of Medical Sciences, Jaipur.
At JSTL, he is responsible for the Planning and Service delivery of Pharmacovigilance services. During his tenure with the company he played a key role by working cross-functionally to ensure global alignment from key stakeholders.
Prior to Jeevan Scientific Technology Limited, he was associated with reputed companies like Bioclinica (now Clario), Cognizant Technology Solutions and Sutherland Global Services.
